I have always been a great fan of open spaces, I like the idea of fluid spaces, where the different functions are not well defined and where communication and space sharing dominate. But I know that the open space can also have its flaws: raise their hands those who would not want to hide that mess in the kitchen when guests arrive (or your mother-in-law? J )
The glass partitions provide us with an excellent solution! They are a perfect solution for separating spaces but without dividing them: light passes, visual communication remains and they allow us to keep that open space look that we like so much!
My favorite? The classic industrial inspired glass walls with metal frames! I find them perfect to separate the kitchen from the rest of the living area or to divide the sleeping area into a small studio … they create an architectural element that immediately gives personality to the space and give a truly contemporary look!
If you do not like the black metal version because it’s too “industrial”, try the classic white version or, only for the braves, a colorful version.
