I never thought I’d like a yellow sofa but turns out I actually do!
I was surprised when I first saw the pictures of this apartment: at first the sofa seemed out of context in this neutral and chic interior. But the more I look at it and the more I think this mustard yellow sofa fits perfectly into this apartment where the neutral colors dominate. It adds a touch of bright color that immediately transforms a beautiful but perhaps a bit anonymous interior into a home with a lot of personality.
The sofa also matches well with the green doors and the dark gray wall of the bedroom, so I really think it was a smart choice.
It seems to me that the mustard color also contributes well to the slightly vintage inspiration of the apartment, already underlined by some pieces of furniture such as the String shelves and the Bauhaus inspired chairs and armchair.
